My family had a wonderful experience at the Adler resort. The spacious apartment suited us perfectly, and the location made accessing the slopes a breeze. The staff were friendly and quick to address our needs, but the surprise cleaning fee left a sour taste. Overall, it was a lovely trip, and we'd love to come back if the additional charges are clarified.

The facilities are adequate for a family vacation, but there were some disappointments regarding room assignments that detracted from our overall experience. We had initially booked a penthouse apartment, only to be informed just days before arrival that we were being relocated to two smaller units, which was a letdown. Overall, while some aspects of the stay were positive, the room situation hampered what could have been a perfect family getaway.
